Gym Fitness for Women

GYMs???!!!?

what do you think of Ladies Workout Express? is a good place? are there any good gyms that have group fitness classes? thats what im looking for.. really nice group fitness classes. never mind not ladies express workout...just any gym that has great fitness classes.

1. I've never been there.
2. I would go to the YMCA or YWCA over any privatly owned gym. Often you can just pay for one class instead of a "membership" Gym contracts are very difficult to get out of, and similar to cell phone contracts, if you choose to end it early, you will have to pay them money.
