Diamond Gym fitness Center in Jamaica Ny Sucks?

I recently renewed my membership for 2yrs. at Diamond Gym Fitness Center in Jamaica Queens,NY. Yesterday I went to the gym and there was a sign on the that said, Diamond Gym has offically close it doors. If you have any question contact managment at 718-297-2200. I call this number serveral times it rung twice than it stop. is there anything I can do to report this problem and possibly get my money back?

1. Obviously complain to the Better Business Bureau. If you paid by credit card, you are in luck most likely and you can get your money back from the card company, just dispute the charge. If you paid by check and the check has cleared, you have no such luck. As with paying cash it is gone. There are others who also have the same issue and you can join with them to file a class action lawsuit against the company. You might not get much, but it is a start.
