How much does YMCA fitness gym cost for a student in NY?

im a high school student in NY.. i heard YMCA is cheaper than Ballys and other gym... i also heard if you have low income; the payment is lower right? i live in a New York City Authority apartment therefore, i have low income... if so, what is the average of the price?
