Are there fitness gyms in Tokyo that allow foreigners?

Are there gyms in Tokyo that allow foreigners? Can anyone tell me if there is a website with list of gyms in Tokyo? Are there gyms that doesn't require membership but you can pay per visit?

2. Most of gyms run by private companies allow foreigners. I'm going to a gym regularly. I see foreigners every time I go. As for list, we have a lot of gyms in Tokyo that there are few lists which have all of them. Major private gyms in Tokyo are like Central Sports Tipness Konami Sports Most gyms require membership. But some local governments run public gyms. And those public gyms are pay per visit system.
