Where can I find a good fitness website?

I'm looking for a website that outlines good exercises to do for each muscle group. It should have a wide range of exercise suggestions and should show which areas are strenghtened by which exercises. Any suggestions?

  1. Go to your library and get a book and examine them then own one that you like. Lots of site are available so just go investigate them too. I recommend free hand exercises, for toning. Unless you are thinking of entering a body building competition.
