Should I do just one class at the gym or should i do two or more a day?

What is the best way for me to lose weight? Normally I do 2 or 3 Group Fitness classes in a row, but I have just heard if i do this, i am not only buring fat, i will burn lean muscel as well. I would like to know the most effctive way to lose weight. I am 120kgs (I did weight 146, but have already lost 26kgs) so i have the motivation to excerise, but just need to know the best way.

  2. i think you are doing fine..just make sure you eat enough lean protein in your daily diet such as grilled fish,fruit yoghurt and lowfat milk...strength training also aids avoiding muscle loss...
  3. Just one class a day - any more than that and yes, you will start to lose muscle and you will look very scraggy. Running is a good way to get fit (it also burns all over fat) and if done outside - prefereably on grass - you get a good dose of fresh air and it really blows those head cobwebs away. If you chose running get a proper pair of running shoes, regular trainers don't give the foot the full support it needs. I got into seriously over-exercising a year ago - at the time I thought I looked amazing but looking back I can remember my visible rib cage, chest bones, no bum and skinny twig legs.....not attractive at all.
