Gym Fitness for Women

I want to join a group of women who are doing some fitness activities in Cairo???

I am looking for a team.... any help or advice???

1. I am moving to Cairo in a month and half.. I hope to find same thing as you are looking for. But i'm not looking hard until i get there :D anyway... There are several sporting clubs, many with multiple locations like Geizera club ( i think i spelled it wrong) , el ahly club and el shams. There is a Gold's gym at Maadi Palace Mall. There are several women's only groups or hours available but you have to check since I don't know what one you are looking for. I would call for yourself and check when you find one you are interested in. :) Also there are things going on at hotel gyms that are not only for hotel customers.
