Gym Fitness for Women

I need to come up with lessons for teenages to do as group activities based around diet and fitness, any ideas

  1. have them work in groups to create a healthy diet plan for a person you make up in a scenario. each group gets a person with a different scenario and they must make a diet for that person.
  2. Students can research various nutritional needs and fitness plans. They could share their research with the class and compare and contrast the plans. You could also give scenarions (Bob is a 50 yr. old diabetic who i trying to loose 50 lbs, he walks.../Barb is 3 months preg & has anemia...) this way you can also go over specialized diets and how fitness can help lessen the effects of some conditions. Hope this helps!!
