I need to come up with lessons for teenages to do as group activities based around diet and fitness, any ideas

- have them work in groups to create a healthy diet plan for a person you make up in a scenario. each group gets a person with a different scenario and they must make a diet for that person.
- Students can research various nutritional needs and fitness plans. They could share their research with the class and compare and contrast the plans. You could also give scenarions (Bob is a 50 yr. old diabetic who i trying to loose 50 lbs, he walks.../Barb is 3 months preg & has anemia...) this way you can also go over specialized diets and how fitness can help lessen the effects of some conditions.
