Im 21 and just started workout at gym and my fitness group teacher me that i need food has alot protein in it
I was wondering is beef or chicken healthly?

- Protiens are what make your muscles. Thats why your fitness trainer has suggested it to you. Chicken has more protiens then fats as compared to beef. I would recommed more sproutes, beans,groundnuts, almonds pulses....(veg stuff)
- The requirement of body for protein is for repairing and growth and is maximum in children. In adults, it is not much. On the other hand, too much of it puts strain on ur liver and the kidneys. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
