How much does a 24 hour fitness group X instructor make?

I have always wanted to become one. Also do you know how to become one and if you have to be in perfect shape to start?

1. i don't think they make a lot. u just need to go to courses. in my stupid country it takes 2 years to accomplish the beginning stage. they teach u there about body parts and blah blah blah. and according to my gym where all those instructors look like potatoes u don't need to be in perfect shape
2. he makes 5000 dolars a year
