Would you go to a gym without any fitness instructors there to advise you on how do workout correct?
there is gonna be a fitness suite that used to have fitness instructors in the gym at all times to help to you and talk !!! there on about taken the instructors out and having no one in apart from leisure attendants that open and close thats it, would you join or would you still attend the gym The gym has got out of date equipment and the prices are the same as other gyms in the area which are run by the same company but they are manned.

- well i have a total gym,but dont use it very much.i want to go to a gym where there is instructors to help cheer me on,keep me motivated.if not,i might as well stay home and save some money.
- it depends on how nice the facility is and if the prices were good. we can do research ourselves to get the proper workouts, diet plan, etc. the instructors learn from some of the same places we have access online. Just stay motivated and you won't have any problems
- Once you've had an induction course on the correct way to use equipment and weights, then it doesn't really matter, but you must have a thorough induction course. The only time I see our instructors is when helping the sick...Re-Hab from surgery or injuries
- It depends, if your main goal is to use the machines etc, then they are self explanitory, however, if you are lifting heavy free weights, it's best that they are there to advise you on porper form, and also to help you if something goes wrong. better to be safe that to be sorry!
- It all depends on your knowledge, confidence and fitness level. There are hundreds of thousands of hotel gyms and workplace gyms with no supervision from fitness instructors. If you: 1) know what you're doing 2) know how to do it safely and effectively, and 3) don't have a medical condition that you know of that could make unsupervised exercise dangerous, then go ahead and join. If you don't meet all three criteria, however, find someplace with qualified instructors who can help you. - Stephen ..................................................................
